The Center promotes early detection and preventive measures for bone health. It offers services to help detect, prevent, and treat osteoporosis and other bone diseases. The Center offers Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD) testing using Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry, considered as the gold standard among equipment used for the detection of osteoporosis.
Complementing the state-of-the-art facility at the center is its therapeutic section in administering intravenous drugs for different bone-related diseases such as osteoporosis and inflammatory arthritis (i.e., rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis), ankylosing spondylitis, and other connective tissue disease (i.e., systemic lupus erythematosus).
The Center is designed to ensure that patients’ needs are addressed in the most effective and comfortable manner.
