*business days refer to the operating hours of the center/unit

2. Results will be available online for thirty (30) days only. A printed copy of results beyond 30 days may be requested at:

  1. For ENT CENTER  – ENT Center, 1st Floor, Tower 1 (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm, Selected Holidays Operating Hours: 8am to 4pm, Closed on Sundays).
  2. For Eye Care Center – Eye Care Center, 6th Floor, Tower 2 (Operating hours: Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm, closed on Sundays and Holidays).
  3. For Heart Station – CVDL Heart Station, 3rd Floor, Tower 2  (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 6:00 AM-10:00 PM, Closed on Sundays and selected Holidays)
  4. For Laboratory Procedures – Department of Pathology and Laboratories, Ground Floor, Tower 2 (Service Hours: Daily, 24 Hours)
  5. For Nuclear Medicine Procedures – Nuclear Medicine Department, 3rd Floor, Tower 2 (Service Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Saturday 7 AM-3PM, Closed on Sundays and Holidays)
  6. For Pulmonary Laboratory Procedures – Pulmonary Laboratory, 4th floor, Tower 1 (Service Hours: Daily, 24 Hours)
  7. For Radiology Procedures – Radiology Central Releasing Section, 1st floor, Tower 1 (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Sunday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
