QUALITY OBJECTIVES

1. To provide excellent, quality, specialized medical care to MMC patients as evidenced by the following:

  1. Achieving targets in clinical and managerial indicators
  2. Continuous improvement to achieve and exceed targets
  3. Positive patient experience
  4. Uninterrupted service amidst crisis through effective business continuity plan

 

2. To ensure the safety and continuous development of our employees, trainees and medical staff through:

  1. Sustained education and training of healthcare professionals
  2. Regular and timely analysis of adverse events to determine possible gaps in employee safety practices as reflected in the culture of safety survey
  3. Effective occupational safety and health programs

 

3.  To comply with the requirements of both local and international accreditation and regulatory bodies

 

4. To implement measures that seek to reduce carbon footprint and promote environmental sustainability.
