We, at Makati Medical Center, put our hearts in everything we do – live our values by doing what is right for the well-being of our patients and colleagues, compliant with regulatory & accreditation bodies’ standards, practices continual improvement for the greater good of MakatiMed and the communities we serve, only through our brand of “Malasakit” care.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
1. To provide excellent, quality, specialized medical care to MMC patients as evidenced:
a. in clinical and managerial indicators achieving target;
b. continuous improvement to achieve and exceed target;
c. Positive patient experience and;
d. Uninterrupted service amidst disaster through effective business continuity plan
2. To ensure safety and continuous development of our employees, trainees and medical staff through:
a. Sustained education and training of healthcare professionals;
b. Timely analysis of possible gaps in employee safety practices as reflected in the culture of safety survey;
c. Effective occupational safety and health program
3. To comply with the requirements of accreditation and regulatory bodies (Local and International)
