The section performs simple to complex surgical treatment of diseases affecting the colon, rectum and anus. The Colorectal Surgeons treat benign and malignant diseases of the colon and rectum like Total Mesorectal Excision (TME) for rectal cancer, complex fistula in ano cases, rectal prolapse, bowel incontinence and sphincter saving procedures.
