Some medical procedures or diagnostic tests may require preparations on your part. The preparation varies depending on the chosen package. We have patient information materials detailing instructions regarding procedure preparation, and your doctors and nurses will also give you reminders before and during your health screening.

Kindly follow the instructions of your medical team to ensure a seamless, hassle-free and comfortable experience.

  1. Please avoid high residue food such as pork, beef, fruits, vegetables and other high-fiber food two (2) days before your check-up. You may eat chicken, fish, rice, bananas, bread or orange juice.
  2. Avoid taking stimulants or drinks with high content of caffeine such as coffee, tea, soda, carbonated drinks three (3) hours before admission or procedure.
  3. For blood extraction: To get accurate results for the blood tests, you may be required to do fasting (no food or water for 12 to 14 hours) prior to the blood extraction. Your doctor will advise you regarding this instruction.
  4. For cardiology procedures: Please bring a valid ID with photo, rubber shoes and exercise outfit.
  5. For gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures: If you are taking any blood thinning medication, such as but not limited to Aspirin, Plavix, Coumadin, Clexane, Vessel Due, Pletaal,  or Persantin, kindly consult your doctor and obtain cardiology clearance prior to scheduling with us.
  6. For inpatient procedures: We have two admission schedules: 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. We encourage you to have a companion during your stay. For HMO and corporate partners, please coordinate with your HMO or Corporate Business Officer regarding the admission schedule.
