Makati Medical Center Successfully Passes 2nd ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit
Makati Medical Center (MakatiMed) has reaffirmed its standing as one of the country’s leading healthcare institutions after successfully passing the ISO 9001:2015 2nd Surveillance Audit with zero non-conformity on August 4-6, 2025.
The audit, which covered the Main Hospital, MakatiMed Care Access Araneta, Discovery Primea, and MakatiMed Wellness Center, was conducted by a team of auditors from TÜV Rheinland Group.
This achievement ensures that all four sites will maintain their ISO accreditation until August 2026, underscoring the hospital’s consistent compliance with international quality management standards.
Recognized worldwide, the ISO 9001:2015 standard provides a structured framework for improving institutional performance, meeting client expectations, and upholding a strong commitment to quality.
