JOB SUMMARY
The Unit Manager, Eye Care Center is responsible for planning, directing, controlling and coordinating the clinical activities of the unit to ensure timely delivery of quality services. He/she is also responsible for implementing policies and procedures and monitoring the conformance of the unit to quality plan and objectives.
Minimum Educational Attainment: Licensed Healthcare Professional
Work Experience: At least eight (8) years of work experience in an eye center or similar environment, inclusive of at least four (4) years in a managerial capacity.
