The Team Leader, Outpatient Services directly manages and monitors the Patient Service Representatives (PSRs), handling day to day operations of the outpatient departments of Makatimed. He/she performs various administrative functions; Monitoring and schedule requests, preparing reports, modifying patient registration, Managing CPOE issues, managing staff and monitoring inventory. He/she monitors the performance of out-patient processes carried out by the frontline team. He/she also monitors the accurate lodging of all transactions in the system while achieving level standards in the 24/7 operation.
