Safety & Quality Officer, Radiology Services

The Safety & Quality Officer, Radiology Services is responsible for implementing and monitoring the safety and quality programs of the department, following the hospital and department policies, and local and international radiologic standards.

Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

1. Safety & Quality Management – creates, implements, and reviews all safety and quality related documents, programs, and activities as well as coordinate these with unit managers 
2. Equipment Support – manages equipment requisition to monitoring, overseas equipment from installation & calibration to maintenance 
3. Accreditation & Compliance – facilitates licensing applications, renewals and accreditation of services in Radiology as well as facilitates compliance to quality standards set by the hospital
