The Revenue Assurance & Reporting Officer is responsible for the implementation of policies, procedures, or guidelines to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue recording, reconciliation of patient bills and safeguards the hospital from revenue loss or leakage. He/she is also responsible for the timely preparation, accuracy and enhance revenue & reconciling item reports and analysis submitted to Management, Professional and Nursing Services. He/she supports the Financial Reporting & Planning group in the implementation of the hospital’s annual budgeting and the Department Manager in the supervision of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Educational Attainment: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Work Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant working experience on revenue or financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and costing
