Job Summary

The Releasing Quality Officer is responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of all Executive Check-up (ECU) results. He/she reviews the data and coordinates with the medical team prior to release of results to ensure quality of report based on the chosen package of the patient and/or as required by the requesting party. He/she also manages the storage and safekeeping of all patient chart under MMC HealthHub.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably paramedical or healthcare-related course.
with at least 2 years experience in customer or patient service in a healthcare facility.
