Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring and coordinating the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy care in patient care areas, promoting rational drug use, assisting in giving emergency care, providing drug information and functioning periodically in other units.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist (PRC)
  • Graduate of BS Pharmacy preferably Major in Clinical Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
  • no work experience required
  • with good oral and written communication skills
  • can handle a fast-paced environment
