Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Executive Health Checkup?
An Executive Health Checkup (EHCU) is a set of diagnostic tests to help you monitor your overall health and provide early detection of potential medical conditions. MMC HealthHub offers different types of EHCU packages to suit your needs, from basic to comprehensive tests, that can be done either in the Inpatient or Outpatient setting. Aside from the primary EHCU packages, additional procedures may also be provided as grouped tests (EHCU Riders) or as individual procedures.
Are there any preparations needed for my Executive Health Checkup?
Some medical procedures or diagnostic tests may require preparations on your part. The preparation varies depending on the chosen package. Please refer to the Confirmation Letter emailed to you by our unit prior to your EHCU appointment date. Additionally, your doctors and nurses will also be providing reminders before and during your procedures as needed.
How do I book for HealthHub appointments?
To book or inquire about our services, you may email our Reservations Team at [email protected] (for HealthHub Outpatient) and [email protected] (for HealthHub Inpatient), or call us via 8888-8999 local 2189. You may also drop by and visit us at the following units:
- MMC HealthHub Outpatient, Tower 1, 1st Floor
- MMC HealthHub Premier (Inpatient) at Tower 2, 1st Floor
When can I expect my EHCU Results to be released?
Since Executive Health Checkups involve taking tests from different centers, your compiled EHCU Results are expected to be available after five (5) working days from the time that all tests are completed. However, the timeframe may vary depending on the type of setting (Inpatient or Outpatient), and whether all tests were done prior to discharge.
Please note that the diagnostic centers where your procedures were taken have different timeframes for releasing results, and are separate from that of MMC HealthHub’s. Receipt of your individual test results from these centers are separate from MMC HealthHub as well.
What modes of payment do you accept?
Different payment modes are accepted by MMC HealthHub. This includes self-payment via cash, card payments, online transactions, or cheques; Letters of Authorization (LOAs) provided by Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs); or Guarantee of Payment (GOP) issued for healthcare coverages. Should you be eligible for HMO or other healthcare coverages, please contact your provider first prior to availment.
