He/she develops, reviews, and implements comprehensive programs and guidelines for outsourced service providers, and parking facilities that ensures operational effectivity, safety, and security for all patrons and employees of the hospital. He/she also acts as the liaison between Makati Medical Center (MMC), hospital units and departments, concessionaires, tenants, outsourced personnel, and doctor’s clinics with regards to the maintenance activities under the unit's area of responsibility.
