    Team Leader - Out-Patient Services

    Job Summary
     
    The Team Leader, Out- Patient Services directly manages and monitors the Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) handling the day-today operations of te out-patient departments of Makati Medical center (MMC). He/she performs various administrative functions: monitoring and scheduling requests, preparing reports, modifying patient registration, managing staff, monitoring inventory, etc. He/She monitors the performance of out-patient processes by the Out-Patient Services frontline team. He/she also monitors the accurate logging of all transactions in the system while achieving service level standards in the 24/7 operation.

    As MMC's frontline contact, the Executive Liaison is responsible for personally assisting patients undergoing executive health check-up in all tests and procedures to be taken. He/she attemds to all the needs, concerns and queries of executive health check-up patients.

    Patient Service Representative

    The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for providing frontline servicing patients in the assigned unit/ department that includes handling of patient registration, encoding of patient/diagnostic test data, receiving of specimen, billing, and releasing of results. He/she also handles phone and face-totface inquiries, complaints, and assists with other administrative requirements of the department.

    Contact Center Representative

    The Contact Center Representative is the frontline contact of Makati Medical Center (MMC), responsible for handling inbound calls and other patient-related servicing, which include responding to various queries, providing information and assistance, and handling complaints and feedback while maintaining a high level of service quality and medical knowledge to meet service level standards. He/she is expected to facilitate and document all received calls and transactions into the centralized call center network/database.

    The Systems Support Officer is responsible for monitoring and reporting systems risks and enhancements. He/she handles the hospital's systems-related improvements review and cut-over implementation. He/she coordinates with other departments and divisions with regards to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Sharepoint initiatives.

    • Manages content and provides technical expertise for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Hospital's digital media and other relevant touchpoints(i.e. electronic newsletters, webistes, kiosks, etc).

    This role defines, analyzes and tests new software applications that will support the achievement and improvement of the division's processes and functions. He/She analyzes existing HR data and creates appropriate reports for HR use in process improvements and making management decisions.

    The Administrative Staff- Administrative Support is responsible for providing back-end administrative support for the department. This includes monitoring of Laboratory requests, releasing and delivery of results, and handling phone and face-to-face inquiries and complaints.
