Complaints Management Officer, Patient Relations

The Complaints Management Officer is responsible for receipt and acknowledgement of all patient complaints, and sending of the complaints to concerned Service Champions.  He/she also monitors the status of complaints from receipt to resolution.
Minimum Educational Attainment: Graduate of any four (4)-year course, preferably healthcare-related
Work Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience in customer/patient service field
