Neurosurgeons take care of head injuries involving the brain, spinal cord and nervous system. We remove blood clots caused by accidents or hypertension, excise and treat brain tumors, treat hydrocephalus, aneurysms and stroke.
The Department of Neurosurgery was founded at the same time MakatiMed opened its doors in 1969, and continues the fine tradition of excellence espoused by founder Romeo H. Gustillo, M.D.
