Ablation
Removing part of biological tissue, usually by surgery, laser, or chemicals.
Achalasia
A disease of the esophagus caused by the abnormal function of nerves and muscles of the esophagus that makes swallowing difficult. There may sometimes be chest pain. Regurgitation of undigested food can occur, as can coughing or breathing problems due to the entry of food into the lungs.
Acromegaly
Overproduction of growth hormones, resultingin a gradual and permanent enlargement of the flat bones, and hands and feet, as well as abdominal organs, nose, lips, and tongue.
Addison's Disease
Rare endocrine disorder marked by secretion of deficient steroid hormones. It is manifested by brownish pigmentation of the skin, extreme weakness, low blood pressure, weight loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, and joint and muscle pains.

Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Bleeding in the brain in the area between the arachnoid membrane and the surrounding brain area, which usually happens after a ruptured cerebral aneurysm or head injury.
Angina
Recurring pain or discomfort in the chest that happens when some part of the heart does not receive enough blood.
Angiogram
