• Contact us. Get in touch with Sales through +63 2 8888 999 locals 3778-3781 or by emailing lifematters@makatimed.net.ph. Just say you’re an out-of-town patient who needs assistance.
•  Sit back and let us do the work for you. Our officers will get in touch with you, arrange your appointment with a MakatiMed doctor, help you book your flights, make room arrangements and, should you wish, manage other ground service arrangements for you when you arrive in the Philippines.

We’ll help you plan your stay, and assist you all the way from admission to discharge. We’ll help you find the best, most cost-effective arrangements for your stay. We can also provide logistical support for your travel requirements, from airline ticketing, land transportation, to room reservations. From the time you arrive at the airport to the time you go back home, we can provide transfer services to and from MakatiMed via limousine, ambulance, or taxi.

The Officer assigned to you can pick you up from the airport. Alternatively, if you wish to come to the hospital by yourself, this officer will meet you when you arrive and assist you throughout your admission.
