    The Occupational Safety & Health Officer (Clinical Safety & Risk Managemenr) is responsible for developing and implementing the hospital's Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Program for employees and house staff in coordination with other concerned parties and units involved in promoting health and safety in the entire hospital.

    Hospital Epidemiologist

    The Hospital Epidemiologist assists the Department Manager, Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) in providing effective leadership for a comprehensive hospital-wide Infection Prevention and Control Program in collaboration with the Medical Director. He/She ensures that the program operates in accordance with local and international standards. He/She also monitors the implementation of the Infection Prevention and Control Program designed by IPC and the Infection Control Committee (ICC) and ensures that patients, visitors, medical and house staff, employees, and outsourced service providers are protected from infection which may be acquired within the hospital.

    The Medical Records Quality Assurance Officer coordinates between the Unit Managers of the department, as well as with other clinical departments on issues relating to the medical records and/or chart completion and in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with the department’s policies and procedures.
