Training Officer, Service Operations


Job Summary
 
The Service Operations Training Officer conducts training programs related to the hospital systems (Integrated Hospital Information Management Systems, Records of Datasheet, WHaM, etc.) and the professional development of all frontline personnel (competency enhancement, New Employee Systems Training, and other staff development programs of the division). He/she is also responsible for the pre-screening and endorsement of applicants for vacant positions in the division.
 
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management course, PsychologyEducation/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Training and DevelopmentRecruitment and Performance Management is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Coordination skills, Presentation and Facilitation skills, Project Management skills, Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills, Oral and Written Communication skill
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development, Recruitment and Performance Management or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati
