Front Desk Representative


Description:
  •      Responsible for providing frontline service to patients, which includes patient registration, encoding of patient/diagnostic test data, billing and releasing of results.
  •      Handles all face-to-face inquiries, escalates concerns to the immediate superior, and assists in other administrative requirements of the department.
Qualifications:
  •      Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year Course)
  •      With experience in Front Line Operations and Customer Service
  •      Good communication skills
  •      With pleasing personality
  •      Willing to work on Shifting Schedules
