For busy executives, we offer Executive Health Check-up programs designed to work around busy schedules.

We offer four packages—A,B,C & D—suited to your budget, time constraints and physical condition. Below are the routine tests that you will undergo, if you choose any of our packages.

    • Vascular work-up (Bilateral Carotid Doppler, Ultrasound of the Whole Abdomen incl. Abdominal Aorta, Doppler Ultrasound of the Lower Legs)

Patients who cannot tolerate the treadmill test may undergo an alternative pharmacological stress test using Dobutamine or Dipyridamole with an additional cost for the medicine. If choice is not given by the cardiologist upon the patient's admission, the Coordinator will decide.

These optional tests are available upon your request or as recommended by your physician. If these tests are added to one of the specially designed packages, you are subject to a special 10 % discount, Note too, that all tests should be done within two weeks after you complete your package.

GUIDELINES

  1. For Plans A, B and D: Admission time is 10am to 6pm Mondays to Thursdays. On Sundays, admissions are only in the 9th floor, 7pm at Admitting Office. We do not admit patients for medical exams on days before holidays, as the laboratory, x-ray and other testing centers may be closed and specialists may not be available.
  2. If you come without any attending physician, we will assign one who will serve as your Coordinator. He will take charge of your work-ups, recommend specialists to you, prepare your medical report and explain your results.
  3. If your Coordinator recommends it, additional examinations not included in your plan may be conducted. This will mean additional costs for you, although with a 10% discount.
  4. Treatment of any condition discovered during work-ups and medicines are not included in the package costs.
  5. If you refuse to undergo one or more examinations/ consultations in your plan, the rate will not be adjusted. Also, tests and/ or consultations may not be exchanged for another not included in your plan.
  6. You can avail of the tests and consultations that you were not able to complete during your hospital stay, up to two (2) weeks after you are discharged.
  7. Some of your tests and consultations may begin on the afternoon of your admission.
  8. Plan A and B patients are allowed a maximum of 3 consultations—Cardiology, Gastroenterology and Gynecology/ Urology. You will be charged for additional consultations in excess of these.
  9. For Patients undergoing Plan C program; 12 to 14 hours fasting is needed prior to blood extraction in the morning.
  10. A Treadmill Stress Test should be scheduled with Heart Station.
  11. If you have attending physician, ask the doctor to make request for Plan C. Proceed to Admitting Office before your examinations and present the request made by the doctor. If do not have attending physician, please coordinate with the Executive Health Check-Up Center and they will assign one who will serve as your Coordinator.
  12. A written summary of your consultations and results of diagnostic procedures will be available at your Coordinator's Office two weeks from your discharge.
