Oncology Clinic
Makati Medical Center’s Oncology Clinic is an outpatient facility where you can obtain chemotherapeutic treatment and other associated medication for neo-plastic or cancer-related diseases.
We set up this clinic in a bid to save patients from the trouble and discomfort of having to be admitted into the hospital, and to spare them the expense of hospitalization. Our clinic offers a pleasant, safe, and private environment where outpatient treatment can be administered in a span of a few hours.
Patient-Centered Facilities and Services
Our experienced, well-trained and highly motivated health care providers deliver safe, efficient, and effective chemotherapy.
Reclining chairs supplied with IV (intra-venous) poles and individual infusion pumps are positioned to ensure your privacy and well-being.
We also maintain a cytotoxic preparation room equipped with a biological safety cabinet (class 2B with HEPAFILTER), allowing our certified IV pharmacist to safely prepare chemotherapy drugs within the clinic premises.
Our Services Include:
- Aseptic preparation of chemotherapy drugs by a trained IV pharmacist
- Safe and efficient administration of medicines by oncology nurses
- Informative patient counseling from oncology experts
Our facilities can also be used for administration of blood and blood products, other biological agents and agents for treating hypercalcemia, bone metastasis, and similar conditions.

At our Oncology Clinic, we believe that we are set apart by the quality of care that we provide. We understand the anxiety that cancer patients go through, and do our best to alleviate this. We take time to explain the treatment process to them, and help them through the whole experience, developing lasting relationships that go on long after the treatment sessions are over.
Our team undergo continuous education and training to stay abreast of the latest advances in chemotherapy treatments. At the same time, our nurses are active members of the Philippine Oncology Nurses Association.
